Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Undress platform operated by action-serv, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, effective from January 1, 2026.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates posted to this page.

Permitted Use

You may use the Undress clothes removal AI solely for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old. You must hold verifiable rights or explicit consent for any image you submit to the platform.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, processing algorithms, interface designs, and brand assets on the action-serv platform are the exclusive intellectual property of action-serv. No license to copy or redistribute these assets is granted.

Output images generated by the Undress AI are licensed to you for personal or commercial use subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 4 of these terms. Resale of raw output is prohibited without a separate written license.

Prohibited Content

Submitting images of minors, non-consensual imagery, or content obtained through unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and legal referral.

Limitation of Liability

action-serv provides the Undress AI image undressing generator on an 'as-is' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service availability or that output will meet every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, action-serv's total liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates third-party payment processors and identity verification providers. action-serv is not responsible for the terms or practices of those third parties. Review their policies independently.

Security

action-serv applies TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for any temporarily stored images. Despite these measures, no platform can guarantee absolute security against all attack vectors.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by contacting action-serv at info@action-serv.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

action-serv may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
