Data We Collect

action-serv collects the minimum data required to operate the Undress platform: email address at registration, payment details processed via third-party providers, and images you upload for processing.

Uploaded images are never linked to your account record after processing completes. They exist only in an isolated processing environment and are deleted within 60 minutes of your download, effective from January 1, 2026.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account authentication, transactional notifications, and — with your explicit opt-in — product updates. action-serv does not send unsolicited marketing without consent.

Cookies

The Undress platform uses session cookies for authentication and performance cookies to measure page load times and error rates. No advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks are placed.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging into your account. Performance cookie data is aggregated and never tied to individual user identities.

Data Sharing

action-serv does not sell, rent, or license your personal data to any third party. Payment data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-certified payment processor and never passes through action-serv servers.

Data Security

All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3. Temporarily stored images during the 60-minute retention window are encrypted using AES-256. Quarterly independent security audits verify these controls.

action-serv staff access to user data is restricted to personnel with a documented operational need. Access logs are retained for 12 months and reviewed monthly for anomalies.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit requests to info@action-serv.com and expect a r info@action-serv.com esponse within 30 days.

Third-Party Links

The Undress platform may link to third-party services including payment processors and identity verification providers. action-serv is not responsible for the privacy practices of those external services.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated personal data is purged within 30 days. Processed images are deleted within 60 minutes regardless of account status.

Policy Updates

action-serv may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or new platform features. Registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
